HOW CAN WE HELP?

Q1: What is your company’s history?

A: We focused on the disposable packages & cutlery products for over 15 years. Our products have been exported to over 150 countries such as North America, South America, Australia, the Middle-East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.

Q2: Is the sample available?

A: Surely, the samples shall be free of charges to you, but the freight should be paid by you.

Q3: Can we customize our products and printing?

A: Yes, OEM & ODM shall be accepted by us. Please kindly send us your samples, drawings, or details to initiate the process. Then we could follow your artworks and launch your own design products, which are protected by our law if necessary. The samples can be sent to you for evaluation before bulk production.

Q4: How long is the lead time?

A: The lead time shall be within 15~25 days after receipt of the 30% deposit and all printing confirmation.

Q5: What are your payment terms?

A: Usually, the payment terms should be 30% T/T before the production and 70% T/T against the BL. But more payment terms shall be chosen by you.

Q6: How can you assure your product quality?

A: Firstly, We were in this field for over 15 years and enjoy the high reputation and respects from our existing clients. Secondly, we have our own QA & QC department for inspection to every details when producing. Thirdly, the repeated order should be most important to us, and we paid great attention to our the quality & service.

Q7: How can we order?

A: 1. Welcome you to Contact to our Sales Department.

2. Tell us your detailed demands and talk about all with us such as quantity, specification, printing, packing, price, etc.

3. Make one Proforma Invoice (PI) for proceeding.

Q8: It was one new item to us, how can we proceeding?

A: Please contact us directly, then our salesman shall let you know which items was hot sales or best sailing in your local market.

Q9: When may I have the price list from you?

A: All response shall be done within 24 Hours. The exact price list shall be send to you in time after receipt of your detailed demands.

Q10: Can you provide the service for sailing or air transporting?

A: We had ourself logistics department and forwarder. The quotation / booking / loading were so easy to us. The loading can be done in our factory if it was one full container, so the damages can be avoided very well.
